Appraisals on any item purchased from Adler’s
will be supplied upon request at no additional charge.
Appraisals for
insurance purposes are written at current replacement value.
Appraisals on
items not purchased at Adler’s will be done on a piece by piece basis. Any item
not in our area of expertise will be referred to appropriate expert.
PEARL RESTRINGING
Adler’s has in house pearl restringing
and cost will be based upon length, type of material used, catches supplied.
ENGRAVING
Adler’s can have items engraved for
you.
Pricing will be based on whether item is hand engraved or machine
engraved, size of engraving and detail requested. Estimates will be given prior
to work being done upon customer request.
ADLER’S GIFT CARD
Adler’s Jewelers has gift cards for
every occasion. Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination and may be used
for merchandise purchases as well as services.
Gift cards must be used within
one year of date of purchase.
CUSTOM DESIGN
Any custom wax or cad / cam work must be
paid for upfront. Upon approval of wax or cad work a deposit of 30% of
approximate total price of completed piece.
NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES
ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
WATCH REPAIR
Adler’s does replace watch batteries.
Any customer watch needing work done will get an estimate from watchmaker
and customer approval before work continues.
IN HOUSE LAYAWAY
Merchandise may be placed in layaway
with a minimum of 20% down and five equal payments to follow. Merchandise must
be paid for and picked up within five months of initial transaction or Christmas
Eve whichever comes first. If monthly payments are not made or any merchandise
not picked up within layaway period, the merchandise will be returned to stock
and all deposits forfeited.
STORE CREDIT CARD
Adler’s financing is available through
Wells Fargo.
Clients have an option of 90 days same as cash on amounts under
$1000 or 180 days same as cash on amounts over $1000.
This is based on credit
approval by Wells Fargo. You may apply on our website. Just click on Wells Fargo
logo, and fill out application to apply.
